As Peggy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Peggy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Peggy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaddis Johnson and Mattie Johnson of Simpson County; her brother Royce Johnson; and her husband Cecil "Red" Caldwell. She is survived by: her son Mark Sellers.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that donations to any worthy charity be made in the name of Peggy Caldwell.
