She was predeceased by: her parents, Penelope Ruth and Thomas Evans; and her husband William Henry "Scootie" Howard. She is survived by: her children, Mary Kay Rogers (Thomas Rogers), Linda Howard Crumbley, Laura Howard Taber and William Thomas Howard (Nancy Howard); and her grandchildren, Ginger Walters (Fred Walters), Patricia Channell (Ryan Channell), Allison Rhian, Morgan Howard, Madison Crain (Brandon Crain), Kayli Browne (Gordon Browne), Wendy Rogers and Nancy Rogers. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
