She is survived by: her children, Kevin Myrick and Kelly Ellzie; her grandchildren, Taylor Smith (Zaniel) and Justice Blackledge (Kasie); her great grandchildren, Blair, Pearl Grace, Grady and Honey; and her friend Rev. Kenny Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
