He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Nicholson and Bobbie Faye Nicholson; and his granddaughter Macie Layne Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Liz Nicholson; his children, Michael "Friday" Ray Nicholson Jr. (Anna), Ashleigh Nicholson (Chad) and Krystle Walters (Rowdy); and his grandchildren, Trace, Mallorie Nicholson, Paizleigh, Paxton Pineda, Skyla, Josie, Ann Marie, Rowann and Gracie Walters.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Antioch United Pentecostal Church (89 Antioch Dr, Laurel, MS 39443). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
