We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2024, at the age of 76, Marylou Suprenant Bourrell of Laurel, Mississippi, born in Kankakee, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Reme Surprenant and Mary Louise Fortin Surprenant; her daughter Roseanne Smith; and her brother Lionel "Lonnie" Surprenant. She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Bourrell, Sr.; her children, Gerald "Jerry" Bourrell, Jr. (Megan) and Dawn Rayburn (Jeff); her sisters, Madonna White, Charmaine Surprenant, Michelle Gilbert (Steve) and Bernadette Morgan (Jon); her grandchildren, Zach Rayburn (Karly), T. J. Rayburn, Ben Rayburn, Autumn Bourrell, Brandon Wartman (Melissa) and Jenny Grundell (Joey); and her great grandchildren, Miranda Dominic, Gabe, Lili, Zach Wartman and Blaze Grundell.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (1055 Hughes Rd, Madison, AL 35758). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
