Davis and Lucille Keys Davis of Laurel; and his aunts and uncles, Rachel Davis Reeves (Charles) of Laurel, Maddie Keys, Velma Keys Harvey (Earnest) of Magee, Cora Keys Thigpen (Paul) of Laurel, Daniel of Magee, Leon Keys of Magee, Jack Keys (Katsuyo "Kay") of Magee and Erastus "Ras" Keys (Pauline) of Magee.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Logan Carlos of Laurel; his children, Derek Davis of Hattiesburg and Kimberly Davis Hagan of Laurel; his grandchildren, Brodie Haverlock of Laurel and Gavin Hagan of Laurel; and his cousin Mike Thigpen (Dyanne) of Guntersville, AL.
