He is survived by: his wife Doris Lowe; his children, Scott Lowe and Kim Brook; his granddaughter Sami Anderson; his brother-in-law Troyce Mangum; his siblings, Ronnie Lowe, Kent Lowe, Paula Smith, Dinah Lowe (Jerry Lowe), Jerry Paul Lowe, Dirk Lowe and Dwain Lowe; his half-sisters, Jane Davis and Julie White; and his cousins, Martha Sims and Michelle Butler.
