It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Landon Alan Moyer of Laurel, Mississippi, who passed away on November 3, 2023, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bobby Thornton Jr.; and his great-grandparents, Carlton Walters, Oscar Welborn and Robert Rayner. He is survived by: his parents, Alan Moyer and Amanda Rayner Thornton; his stepfather Patrick Thornton; his sister Emily Moyer; his grandparents, Terry Rayner (Phyllis), Glenda Walker (Kerry), Rose Thornton and Janie McCarthy; his great-grandparents, Earline Walters and Polly Blakeney; his aunts and uncles, Sharon Rayner Holder (Rory Dale), Shannon Walker, Lori Brown (Claude), Robert Boyanton (Donna), Timothy Moyer, Robert Thornton (Karen) and Travis Rayner; his great-uncle Eddie Joe Rayner (Jeremiah); and his daughter Amanda Rayner. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
