She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Curtis, Winnie Shoemaker, Philip Edward Stevens and Joan Stevens Beard; and her father Philip Michael Stevens.
She is survived by: her mother Andrea Shoemaker Stevens of Laurel, MS; her sister Blair Stevens Harmon (Chris) of Charleston, SC; and her sons, Drew Philip Fortes and Ty Daniel Fortes of Covington, LA..
