He was predeceased by: his parent JB; his pet Ratcliffe, Jr.; his brother Bobby Lynn Ratcliffe; his grandparents, Herkel, Stella Varner Welborn, JB Ratcliffe, Sr. (Doc) and Bessie Wheeler Ratcliffe; and his sister-in-law Jo Tiner (Charles).
He is survived by: his wife Jelene Cleckler Ratcliffe of Laurel; his children, Jason Lewis Ratcliffe of Magee and Julie Jelene Ratcliffe of Laurel; his aunt Lois Brownlee (Bobby) of Sandersville; his uncle John Welborn (Ann) of Laurel; his friends, Charlie, Brenda Newcomb, Randy Sullivan, Mary, Buford Sumrall and Laris Bishop; and also, Mike, Brenda Gatlin, Leroy, Judy and Allison Luke. He is also survived by cousins, and friends.
