He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Evans Welch; his sons, James Preston "Jimmy" (Stacy) and Justin Michael (Bethany); his grandchildren, Preston Welch, Brylee, Dylan Welch, Will Saulpaw and Lathon Cook (Brittany); and his great grandchild Raylan Jace Cook.
