She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lihue West and Gladys West; her husband Virgil Welborn; her children, Cliff Welborn (Teena), Tammy Nastasi (Larry) and Pamela Smith; her grandchildren, Allan Welborn (Lacie), Ashlee Welborn (Tina), Aaron Welborn (Blaire), Jedda Meyers (Jared), Krystal Husser (Micah), Danyel Mercier (Gabe) and Michelle Bush; her caregivers, Teresa Wing, Shae Mullinax and Amanda Carol Ratcliff; her grandsons, Jarad Smith, Blake Smith and Gabe Mercier; and her great grandchildren, Bryce Cox, Mahé Meyers, Kahne Husser, Kylan Meyers, Parker Eddins, Camden Welborn and Jackson Mercier. She was also cherished by great grandchildren.
