He is survived by: his wife Paulette Matthews Files; his children, Billy Files (Sandy) and Lisa Parker (Tommy); his grandchildren, Emily Parker West (Hayden), Dalton Files (Callie) and Bailey Parker; his great grandchildren, Paisley West, Walker West and Caroline West; and his siblings, Linda Gail Buchanan (James) and Paul Files (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
