She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Gavin and Bernice Spencer; and her husband John Walter Bayless. She is survived by: her sons, John Douglas Bayless, Bruce Bayless and Wayne Bayless; and her brothers, L. J. Gavin, Robert Gavin, Douglas Gavin and Donald Gavin. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
