She is survived by: her daughter Marsha Meeks (Wayne) of Laurel, MS; her daughter-in-law Sheila Shoemake of Laurel, MS; her grandchildren, Bobby Meeks (Missie) of Ellisville, MS, Melody Rigney (Kendall) of Laurel, MS, Billy Meeks of Laurel, MS, Dusty Reynolds of Jackson, MS and Lauren McKee (Martin Veillette) of Berea, KY; her great grandchildren, Kaleb Meeks of Boston, MA, Dylan Meeks (Madeline) of Ellisville, MS, Ali Hodge (Brayden) of Laurel, MS, Kate Rigney of Laurel, MS, Evans, Asher, Tully Reynolds of Jackson, MS and Emilia McKee Veillette of Berea, KY; and her great great grandchild Robert Wayne Meeks III.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (3316 Pleasant Grove Rd, Laurel, MS 39443). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
