He is survived by: his wife Tammy Pyeatt of Laurel, MS; his daughter Desi Cuddihy of Fall City, WA; his mother-in-law Sheila Milliken of Laurel, MS; his grandchildren, Erin Hart-Rodriguez (Javier), Stephanie Hart, Jacob Hart, Chelsea Pyeatt (Matt), Taylor Lawrence (Antwon) and Austin White; his great grandchildren, Alina, Landon, Kyler, Alysa, Kaden Lawrence, Apollo, Nico Rodriguez and Kingston Pyeatt Fortier; and his siblings, Ray-Gene Pyeatt of Abilene, TX, Tommy Pyeatt (Leann) of Fort Worth, TX and Darlene Rousselot (Lee) of Midland, TX..

A memorial service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Tucker's Crossing Baptist Church (2054 Tucker's Crossing Rd, Laurel, MS 39443).
