He is survived by: his sons, David Middleton (Allison), Daniel Middleton (Lynn), John Middleton and Kimble Middleton (Heather); his grandchildren, Lindsey Middleton (Benny), Briana Sharp (Clay), McKenna Benoit, Landon Harris, Emily Hinton, Alex Hinton, Luke Hinton, Dalton Spradley, Caitlin Middleton, Brice Middleton, Sierra Middleton, Devyn Rose Lindsey and Anslee Lindsey; and his siblings, Rufus Middleton, Jimmy Middleton, Charles R. Middleton (Mona Ray), Richard Middleton, Sybil Toombs and Maurine Ward (Cecil).
