She was predeceased by: her mother Linda C. Holifield. She is survived by: her father Meldon E. Holifield; her son Blake W. Houston (Lauren); her grandchildren, Henley Grace Houston and Hatcher William Houston; her brother Dwayne Holifield (Melissa); her nephew Acy Harris (Makalah); her great-nephew Waylon; and her nieces, Lauren Holifield and Kolbi Ulland (Justin).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Salem Heights Baptist Church (5850 US-84, Laurel, MS 39443). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
