He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bruce and Lavinia Brown; and his wife Barbara Brown. He is survived by: his siblings, Johnnie Ruth Brown (C. R.) of Dequincey, LA and Mickey Brown (Melva) of Lake Charles, LA; his children, Jana Boone (Keith) of Richland, MS, Charles Mark Brown (Jennifer) of Latrobe, PA and RaShawnda Blakeney (Keith) of Bay Springs, MS; and his grandchildren, Shayla Phillips (Trevor), Brian Causey (Rebekah) of Banor, WA, Dustin Causey of Deridder, LA and Blake Blakeney of Hattiesburg, MS..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rock Church of Laurel. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
