Austin Claude Brownlee Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Austin Claude Brownlee of Laurel, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin L. Brownlee and Gracie Arcola Brownlee (Martin); his siblings, Lucille, Linda, Joyce, Dallas of Gaddis, W. C., Calvin, Johnny, Jackie and Ralph; and the mother of his children Sandra Jean Brownlee (Walley).
He is survived by: his children, Randall Claude Brownlee (Lan Bach), Donna Lynn Coad and Cynthia Gail Cleland (Ernest); his grandchildren, Amanda Lynn Brawer (Jordan), Oliver James Orleans (Alicia), Mackenzie Grace Brownlee and Peyton Austin Cooley; his great grandchild Brynn Diane Brawer; and his sisters, Faye, Winnie, Annie and Judy.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oakland Grove Baptist Church (2475 Pleasant Grove Rd, Laurel, MS 39443). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
