It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ouida McLelland of Lauderdale, Mississippi, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Mclelland Sr.; her parents, William S. Brown and Mamie E. Brown; and her siblings, Gene Brown, Charles Brown and Dorothy Robinson.

She is survived by: her sons, John L. McLelland and Ronnie McLelland (Brandi); her granddaughters, Ashley Gaddie (Brian), Addison McLelland and Kinsley Mclelland; her great grandchild Owen Gaddie; and her siblings, Roy Brown and Patsy Gardner. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

In addition to flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to First Baptist Church Lauderdale.
