It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha U. Tidwell of Lauderdale, Mississippi, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Damon J. Landers; her parents, J. C. Skinner and Bobbie Edwards Skinner; and her siblings, Joel Skinner, Gerald Skinner, Robert Earl Skinner and Bobbie Gibbs.
She is survived by: her children, Laura L. Landers Segrest (Rush) of Lauderdale and Eden A. Skinner of Lauderdale; her sisters, Betty Gail Skinner of Newton and Mary Collins of Newton; her granddaughters, Taylor Blackwell (Stephen) of Tennessee and Heather Adams (Greg) of Alabama; and her great grandchildren, Preston Rupp, Bennett Blackwell, AnnaLee Adams and Rhett Adams.
