It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kristi L. Campbell of Lauderdale, Mississippi, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Kristi may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Katherine Boone (Lewis) and William "Billy" Boone; and her grandparents, James Edward Lewis, Sr., Floella Lewis, Pearl Boone and Hubert Boone.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony Scott Campbell; and her brother William Gary Boone. She is also survived by four Aunts, and numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wright's Funeral Home (119 E Church St, Quitman, MS 39355). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel (119 E Church St, Quitman, MS 39355).
Memorials are suggested to the Rose Hill Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or to the Diabetes Foundation.
