He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Mildred Johnson McIntosh. He is survived by: his wife Donna McIntosh; his children, Lacy McIntosh Bounds (Brian) of Ocean Springs, MS, Nicholas Lewis McIntosh (Amy) of Covington, LA, Brian Beckwith (Jennifer) of Lake, MS and Brent Beckwith of Lake, MS; his sisters, Jan Grondin (Bob) of Columbus, MS and Judy Robins (Gene) of Pelahatchie, MS; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Otis Bounds, Gabriel Swain, Brooklyn Beckwith, Alexis Beckwith, Elijah Beckwith, Natalie Beckwith, Tyler Beckwith and Emma Beckwith.

Although state requirements have ended, please wear a mask and maintain social distancing to continue helping control the spread of Covid-19.
