It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Randall Parks of Lake, Mississippi, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack William Parks and Blanche Parks; his sister Donna Pace; and his siblings-in-law, Todd Baggett, Tim Baggett, R. T. and Ruby Baggett.

He is survived by: his wife Vall Parks of Lake, MS; his daughters, Meagan Parks Carpenter (Chris) of Lake, MS, Sasha Dawn Parks of Clinton, MS and Casey Shea Bryant of Conehatta, MS; his siblings, Linda Parker (James) of Lake, MS, Larry Parks (Liz) of Newton, MS and Chuck Parks (Joan) of Lake, MS; and his grandchildren, Damion Bailey, Dallas Carpenter, Tyler Bray, Kylie Garrett, Rayleigh Carpenter and Oz Still. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
