He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack William Parks and Blanche Parks; his sister Donna Pace; and his siblings-in-law, Todd Baggett, Tim Baggett, R. T. and Ruby Baggett.
He is survived by: his wife Vall Parks of Lake, MS; his daughters, Meagan Parks Carpenter (Chris) of Lake, MS, Sasha Dawn Parks of Clinton, MS and Casey Shea Bryant of Conehatta, MS; his siblings, Linda Parker (James) of Lake, MS, Larry Parks (Liz) of Newton, MS and Chuck Parks (Joan) of Lake, MS; and his grandchildren, Damion Bailey, Dallas Carpenter, Tyler Bray, Kylie Garrett, Rayleigh Carpenter and Oz Still. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
