He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Weaver and Lillie Weaver; and his siblings, Myrtle Valentine, Walterine Bull and Edward Weaver.

He is survived by: his wife Lenora Weaver; his daughter Robin Weaver Felker of Vicksburg, MS; his sisters, Mary Sue Thrash of Mobile and Patty Baucum of Huntsville, AL; and his granddaughters, Gracie Elizabeth Felker and Sarah Bradford Felker.
