He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Palmer and Mary Ann Steiner Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Kimberlee Pannell Palmer; his children, Stephane Palmer (Kyle Kennedy), Ameleah Ann Palmer (Cory Knight), Michael Wayne Palmer II (Kaitlyn), Mathew Joseph Palmer (Gena Lynn Price) and Johnathan Mitchell Palmer (Gabrielle Nichole Williams); and his siblings, Rebecca Mullins (Jason Grider), John Robert Palmer and William "Bill" Palmer (Dianna Sexton). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeal Home Email. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
