He is survived by: his mother Ophelia Hitt Gibbs of Lake, MS; his children, Elizabeth Gibbs of Collinsville, MS and Steven Gibbs of Lake, MS; and his brothers, Alton Gibbs of Lake, MS, Ricky Gibbs of Lake, MS, Tim Gibbs of Lake, MS and Ron Gibbs of Lake, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
