We are sad to announce that on February 8, 2024, at the age of 80, Joyce McGrew of Lake, Mississippi, born in Monroe, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles McGrew; her parents, Lloyd Percy Gibbs and Mary Jane Thompson Gibbs; her daughters, Valerie McMullan and Cindy Fendley; her siblings, Dudley Gibbs, Percy Lee Gibbs, Jack Evans, John Evans and Infant Mary Janette Gibbs; and her stepsiblings, William, Billy Claude "Buddy" Gibbs, Nell Walker, Jean Culpepper and Ann "Sis" Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Steve McGrew (Tina) of Meridian and Wendy Bailey (Randy) of Lake; and her sister Cora Mae Cleveland (David) of Hickory. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great- grandchildren, one great-great grandson, and a host of nieces and nephews.
