He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn C. Colvin and Lucille M. Holcomb Colvin; his brother Richard Colvin; and his nephew David Colvin. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hannah Colvin; his children, Michele Rogers (David) and Bill Colvin (Leanna); and his sister-in-law Fay Colvin. He is also survived by one granddaughter; three step grandsons.
