He is survived by: his wife Doreen Stroud of Lake, MS; his children, Carey Stroud, Jr. of Kosciusko, MS, Joshua Stroud of Kosciusko, MS, Tori Patterson of Clinton, MS, Olivia Joiner of Lake, MS, Alicia Stroud of Forest, MS, Christy Bell of Forest, MS and Mandy Broomhall; and his stepchildren, Joy Smercak of Union, MS and David Clark of Virginia. He is also survived by his thirty grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Salem Baptist Church (2380 Salem Rd, Lake, MS 39092).
