He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Dewerff (Mike), Becky Sebek (John) and Tina Davenport; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Matt, Chelsea, Aden, Shelby and Dustin; his sisters, Nancy Mullins and Lena Shanks; and his brother-in-law Slick McDonald. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
