It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Hobbs Black (Lake Cormorant, Mississippi), who passed away on April 1, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Cindy Christy (Doug) of Vermont and Gary Black (Pam) of Lake Cormorant; her brother James Robert "Jimmy" Hobbs of Burlington, TX; and her husband J. R. "Bob" Black. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be sent to The Gideons International.
