She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon Draughn and Jo Varee Draughn; her husbands, Roy Neal Sr. and Guy Davidson (Tommy); her siblings, Peggy Riddick (Preston), Shirley Hoffman and Solomon D. Draughn; and her son Roy O. Neal Jr..

She is survived by: her sisters, Polly, Mary and Annie; her children, Cathie McCutchen (Al), Gwendolyn Wright (Steve) and Truitt Neal; and her grandchildren, Trae Church (JoAnne), Jason Church (Julie), Kelly Moore, Kerry Wright Jr. (Amber), Jamey Wright, Nicholas Wright, Kayla Taylor (Billy), Ashley Wildman (Robert), Roy Neal, BreAnne and Truitt Jr. (TJ). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, and six great, great grandchildren.
