He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Hansford and Pauline Howell Hansford Oakes; his wives, Zelma Marie Dolan Hansford and Brenda Gale Duncan Hansford; his children, Carolyn Davis, Terry Hansford, Walter Hansford and Jeffry Hansford; and his brother Truman Gerald Hansford.
He is survived by: his children, Willetta Campbell, Virginia Pettis (Mike), Donna Miller (Billy), Tammi Fulgham (Ben), Randy Hansford and Kevin Hansford; and his sister Trudy Gunter (David). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Culpepper Funeral Home (11748 MS-35, Kosciusko, MS 39090). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Culpepper Funeral Home Chapel (11748 MS-35, Kosciusko, MS 39090). A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
