She was predeceased by: her mother Freida Jenkins; her husband Paul Blailock, Jr.; her son Eddie Blailock; and her brother Jerry Wade, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Jeff Blailock (Angy) of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Tabitha Boggs, Patrick Fowler, Brett Blailock and Kevin Blailock; and her great grandchildren, Logan Boggs and Jessa Boggs.
