He was predeceased by: his brother Christopher Truman Ellis; and his grandparents, Flora Maxine Allen, Swain, Kathleen Ellis and Charlie Ellis.
He is survived by: his parents, Carolyn Ellis and Charlie Russell Ellis; his niece Emma Clair; his son Gatlin Cole Ellis; his granddaughter Ady Ellis of Kosciusko, MS; his stepdaughter Angel Gray (Anderson); his stepgrandchildren, Abbie and Rossi of Philadelphia, MS; his aunt Kathy Ellington; and his sisters, Ashlee Lindsey, Crystal Ellis and Tina Dungan (JD). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and friends.
