He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Willie Mae Sanders Smith. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Smith of Kosciusko, Mississippi; his daughters, Sharon Denise Havard of Kosciusko and Jacqueline Kay Dickerson of Noxapater, Mississippi; and his sisters, Donna Walden of Texas and Kathy Brown of Vicksburg, Mississippi. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
