He was predeceased by: his father James Edward "Edd" Franklin Frazier; his former wife Marilyn Frazier; and his sister Mary Sledge. He is survived by: his mother Janette McMillan Frazier of Kosciusko; his wife Frances "Boo" Frazier of Kosciusko; his son Jeremy Moudy (Mollye); his stepson James Swanton of Pass Christian; his daughter Jenny Cain of Kosciusko; his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Howell of Kosciusko, Jan Keringer of Madison, Kathy Maddox (Richard) of Kosciusko and Anita Odom of Kosciusko; his brother-in-law Terry Sledge of Madison; and his grandchildren, Addyson Cain, Meredith Moudy and Rhett Moudy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
