He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond David "Dakie" Collins, Jr. and Donna Vance Edwards; his grandparents, Marie Edwards, Raymond David Collins, Sr. and Edith Collins; and his cousin Neely Henry Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Collins of Kosciusko, MS; his daughters, Macie Collins and Maddy Kate Collins of Kosciusko, MS; his grandfather Donald Laney Edwards; and his aunt Theresa Henry. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and a host of cousins.
