He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Melvin Alexander and Mattie Leona Cox Alexander; his siblings, William Louis Alexander (Lucy Dickerson Alexander), Miriam Alexander Turbeville (George W. Turbeville, Jr.) and David Samuel Alexander (Judith Smith Alexander); his parents-in-law, Claudie Hamilton and Merle Thornton Hamilton; and his sister-in-law Betty Sue Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Hamilton Alexander; his children, Lisa Dawn Alexander Rogers (Ray) of LaGrange, GA and Henry Ralph Alexander, Jr. (Ashley) of Gludstadt; his granddaughter Alexandria Morgan Rogers of LaGrange, GA; his uncle James A. Cox of Vaiden; and his sister-in-law Jean Hamilton Patrick (Tommy) of Richland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
