He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bell and Mary Ellen Rhodes Bell; and his wife Beth Tisdale Bell. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Margaret Tisdale; his brothers-in-law, Ron Tisdale and James Tisdale; his uncle Jimmy Hugh Bell; and his friends, Melissa and David McElroy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
