She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Skeen and Molly "Mae" Steadman Skeen; her son Joe Rhodes; and her siblings, Emmett Skeen, Jack Skeen, Roy Skeen, Bill Skeen, Frances and Cohea.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Rhodes; her children, Randy Rhodes (Brenda) of Kosciusko, MS, Todd Rhodes of Kosciusko, MS, Melissa DeFord (Steve) of Madison, MS and Dawn Frazure (West) of Kosciusko, MS; her sisters, Barbara Dickerson of McAdams, Sandra Purvis of Pearl, MS, Brenda Robinson of Flowood, MS and Linda Moore of Byram, MS; and her grandchildren, Molli Sledge, Brandon Rhodes (Shauna), Matthew Williams (Kayla), Haley Rhodes, Jena Kes and Griffin Frazure. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
