He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E Ramsey, Sr. and Minerva Burdette Ramsey; his brothers, Charles Jr. and William Ramsey; his daughter Christine Vaughn; and his granddaughter Amber.
He is survived by: his daughter Jane L Ramsey; his wife Lorraine Glace Ramsey; his sister Rebecca Tripplet; and his grandchildren, Harvey, Vicki, Lori, Michael, Andrea, Falan and Lindsey. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
