He is survived by: his wife Mary Dees; his children, Roy Dees (Julie), Chris Dees (Michelle), Brian Dees (Leslie), Amanda Gentry (Robert) and Karen Rosamond (Michael); and his siblings, Zebbie Dees Jr. and Earline Phillips. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
