He is survived by: his wife Georgia Cain; his daughter Annette Moulder; his siblings, Henry, Walter Bailey, Lynn, Paul, Woodie, Barbara Burden and Flow Waddell; and his grandchildren, John Mark Moulder, Kayla Boblette, Paige Stanford, Ryan Flippin, Lee Stanford, Robbie Mitchell and Carl Mitchell. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
