He is survived by: his wife Virginia Steverson Motz; his children, Lori Whitney, Richard Irby, Michelle Irby, Scottie Irby (Tammy), Jessica Wallace (Jason), Delaine Dean (Chris), Christopher Motz (Jill) and Angela Motz; and his siblings, Bill Motz (Donna) and Patricia Hatch (Allen). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oakdale Baptist Church (1872 MS-471, Brandon, MS 39047). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
