He was predeceased by: his wife Daisy Cook; and his parents, L. Z. Cook and Loree Townsend Cook. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Cook (Sandra) and Mark Cook; his granddaughter Lauren Moore (Destin); and his great grandchildren, SaraBeth, Mallory and Mary Margaret.
