He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin "Joe" and Eunice Mildred Jenkins Rigby; his brothers, Ricky Wayne Rigby and Toby Michael Rigby; his son-in-law Victor Gilbert; and his brother-in-law Wesley Lepard.
He is survived by: his wife Ina Jones Rigby; his daughters, Leah Rigby Gilbert and Anna Rigby Holt (Danny); his grandchildren, Mason Holt (Lacey), Mady Holt Whitworth (Barrett) and Alston Gilbert; his great grandchildren, Vada Grace Whitworth of Kosciusko and Briggs Owen Holt of Kosciusko; his sister Doris Rigby Lepard of Clinton; his sister-in-law Jean McAdams Rigby of Kosciusko; and his uncle James Jenkins of Meridian. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
