He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Shaffer and Maveline Ayers Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Valorie Shaffer; his children, Brad Shaffer (Amantha) and Katie Adams; his grandchildren, Jase, Parks, Warner, Emma, Kayson and Rosalie; and his siblings, Donnie Shaffer, Steve Shaffer, Rickey Shaffer and Wendy Hawkins.
